We also realize that as homeowners you will be worried about how pool construction will affect their lives. As a result, we have developed an explanation of the pool construction process to ease your mind.

Phase 1 – DESIGN

We will start with your own private consultation and draw up  rough plans for your pool. We will finish the design and present drawings for your approval.

Phase 2 – APPROVAL

We will then get construction permits and government approval for the construction.

Phase 3 – EXCAVATION

Next, we will begin with the excavation. We will dig out the necessary area for your pool and shape the ground according to the specifications listed in your pool design.

Phase 4 – FORMING

We will form the walls around your pool with a steel bar grid. When this process is completed, you will know what your pool looks like.

Phase 5 – GUNITE

We use 100% Gunite for all our pool walls and floors. Shaping the hard surface your pool needs to contain the water.

Phase 6 – DECKING & COPING

The decking and coping for your pool come as a unit. We will install the decking to match the coping of your pool.

 

Phase 7 – THE FINAL TOUCH

Since the construction is completed, we install all added accessories, such as landscaping and patios. We will then fill your pool with pre-filtered water, then we will balance your pool's pH and stabilize your pool's chemicals so you will be ready to swim.
