Our focus is on providing you with EXTRAORDINARY service. When you’re one of our clients you can expect us to:

• Answer the phone, right now! Someone is always available to take your call. (Note: In the unlikely event when you have to leave a message, we’ll get right back to you ASAP!)

• Stick to a schedule. We actually show up when scheduled. Our service tech will document his visit on the Dept. of Health Log sheet and on the weekly management report that is physically delivered to property managers (when located on-site).

• Communicate with you regularly. You’re assigned to your own personal client representative (no more wondering who you’re supposed to talk with or getting stuck in some phone tree). We’re always available to answer your pool questions; we believe the more informed our clients are, the better we’re able to serve you.

• Provide high quality control. From the day we initiate service, and on a regular schedule thereafter, our service supervisor will visit your pool independent of the service tech to inspect the pool, the equipment and confer with you to see if there are any issues that you would like addressed.

• Monitor your equipment. For each new client, as part of our initial service inspection, we enter the make and model of all your pool support equipment (pumps, filters, etc) into your section of our database. This ensures us that in any repair situation we have the correct replacements available, significantly improving our response time!

• Live up to our guarantee. We guarantee your complete satisfaction. If we both agree your pool is not receiving the exceptional service we promised, we’ll credit a week’s worth of service for that month.
